二、申请人资格要求

a. Hong Kong registered company;
b. In the past 5 years, at least 2 contracts for filtration system for swimming pool and water features in Hong Kong by HK private developers (either in progress or completed), with at least 1 contract project scale must involve at $10M.
c. The asset-to-liability ratio over the past five years should be equal to or greater than 1;
d. The reportable accident rate per 1,000 workers per year in the past 5 years should not exceed 22.
- If this requirement is not met, safety audit reports issued by registered safety auditor or safety review reports issued by safety review officer, in accordance with the F&IU (Safety Management) Regulation, for the previous 5 years must be provided to support the application. Each report must be rated as "satisfactory".

三、资格预审文件的获取

预审文件领取截止时间： 2025-07-25 11:59:59 （北京时间，若有变化另行通知）。

预审文件在润汇采（国际版）发布，不再另行线下提供纸质文件，凡有意参与者可在本公告期间自行登陆平台查看和下载资审文件，逾期无法下载。

四、资格预审申请文件的提交

资格预审申请文件格式和内容：申请人应根据上述资格要求逐项提供证明资料（扫描件），并对提供的证明资料完整性和真实性负责。

资格预审申请文件提交方式：在资格预审申请文件提交截止时间前，通过润汇采（国际版）提交电子资格预审申请文件，逾期提交将被拒收。若采购人要求线下提供纸质资格预审申请文件的，按相关要求提供。

资格预审审核结果将通过润汇采（国际版）进行发布，请关注相关通知，资审通过的供应商请按通知要求进行后续操作。
